We are anticipating attendees to include, but not limited to the following: local/regional investors, local non-profits, churches with extensive land assets, as well as others who have expressed interest to include real estate development companies, investment firms and joint venture capital groups, and local banking institutions. And the line-up of speakers and engagement topics, which we are proud to say includes one of our favorite groups, the Center for Community Progress, is one that we believe will entice parties across residential and retail sectors, both county and region wide.
All breaks between presentations will allow for participant interactions with the vendors on site. And both attendees to the two-day conference will have meals (breakfast and lunch) covered. We will also be in contact with both Destination Augusta (formerly the Augusta Convention and Visitor's Bureau) and Augusta Convention Center regards possible discounts in overnight accommodations.
